Niagara Falls

Bucket ListLocations

Amazingly, I get to mark one more thing off my bucket list this summer. As I told you before, I have always wanted to see Niagara Falls, and we got to spend the entire day there last Friday. It is as spectacular as I imagined, and remember, I’ve got a very vivid imagination. Now we are used to going to places that are off the beaten path and crowds aren’t something we encounter. So, I have to admit it caused a little claustrophobia being around that many people. Keep reading

Smiles Per Gallon

Bucket List

Ronald Reagan once said, ”If people don’t start buying Jeeps, they’ll never know about the great places in life they can drive to!” With this thought in my mind, I made the decision to buy a Jeep Wrangler; mostly because they are amazing and arguably the best vehicle ever to own. I have owned my jeep for slightly over 3 months, and it is has given me some of the most amazing, fun, and eye opening experiences I have ever had. In this short amount of time, I have learned a few things: Jeeps are not cheap, they are a ton of fun, and they are not just a car. Keep reading

Camden’s Bucket List

Bucket List

Ok, so first off I don’t actually have a “bucket list.” It doesn’t exist. I have no real list of random things that I would like to do in my life. Maybe it’s partly because I’m just lame and boring, but there’s really nothing that I want to do so badly that it inspires me to compose a list. It’s not that I don’t want to do things; I just don’t feel like I have to do them to feel that my life is complete. To be honest though, I’m ok with that. I like to enjoy life as it comes. Randi’s Bucket List

Bucket List

The question I keep asking myself as I consider my bucket list is…. How on God’s green earth did someone like me, who is so often hindered by fears both real and imaginary, ever manage to give birth to a child that would list jumping off Angel’s Landing in Zion National Park as the first item on their bucket list????  I am afraid of so many real things – the dark, lightning (for very good reason), telemarketers, spiders (I made the mistake of watching Arachnophobia as a young adult), falling (I’m already afraid of tripping and falling; you would never get me to jump from someplace high!!).  As for the imaginary things, let me just say, I have a VERY good imagination. Gavin’s Bucket List

Bucket List

Hello family, friends, and fellow hikers and adventurists. I have been tasked to come up with a bucket list of things I want to do before I die. I don’t want to be completely shallow with the things I want to do because I want to honor God in all that I do, to have a wife who loves and cares for me every day, to have children who I can love and nurture in God’s word, and to live every day I have to its fullest. This is my ultimate bucket list, but I see more of a need for… Well, dangerous things I want to do for this blog. Keep reading

Mike’s Bucket List

Bucket ListFrom The Heart

Well, I was all set to tell you about a few of the things I want to do before I die. About how I want to hike the Grand Canyon rim to rim. I was ready to tell you in great detail about my plans for a spectacular trip to Alaska—The Last Frontier. Or even the trip we’re planning as a family for May 2017 to backpack for a couple weeks in the backcountry of Utah. But things happen that bring us a moment of clarity. A time when we’re able to see things from a different and, quite possibly, better perspective. Such was the case this week as I was contemplating what I would classify as my top bucket list items. Bucket List

In this week’s post, I am going to share part of my bucket list. The others will be sharing theirs later, but I’m going first. Anyhow, I have three things that I have wanted to do for some time now and hope to do some day before I die. The first is: Keep reading
